Adelaide Arcade is an iconic retail shopping centre business in the heart of Adelaide with over seventy tenants. Evans + Ayers report direct to the owners and deliver to them consistently high returns outperforming the retail property market. We are skilled lease negotiators and asset managers. We provide services to all three South Australian Universities with particular emphasis on food and beverage. Evans + Ayers currently manage the retail offer for Flinders University transitioning from a traditional institutional offer to a contemporary retail precinct.
