Evans + Ayers acted as adviser to Celsus Pty Ltd, the Special Purpose Company responsible for managing the global consortium that designed, financed, constructed and now operates the multi-billion-dollar Royal Adelaide Hospital under a Public Private Partnership. Through this role and other engagements undertaken by Evans + Ayers directors we are ideally placed to advise on commercial matters relating to major infrastructure projects. Further, the networks of the directors which reach locally, nationally and internationally for key counterparties (Government, equity participants, debt financiers and service providers) operating in the infrastructure field can be drawn upon to the benefit of our clients.
