Mark Balnaves has more than 20 years of director, advisory and infrastructure experience. Mark has advised on major property projects around Australia for government, universities and private investors. Currently Mark is chairman of Celsus Pty Ltd, the Special Purpose Company responsible for managing the global consortium that designed, financed, constructed and now operates the multi-billion-dollar Royal Adelaide Hospital under a Public Private Partnership. Mark has extensive merger and acquisition experience across a wide range of industries and has advised on preparing businesses for sale (de-risking them to maximise sale proceeds) and on selling them in whole or in part.
