Andrew Jonats is the Managing Director of Evans + Ayers. Andrew is a registered real estate agent, company auditor and tax agent as well as being a chartered accountant. Andrew enjoys a broad network across local government, business and tertiary education and sits on the board of the iconic Adelaide Central Market and Adelaide Arcade. Prior to working with Evans + Ayers Andrew worked for international chartered accounting firms in Adelaide, Sydney and London.

Andrew’s roles include that of General Manager of Adelaide Arcade. Adelaide Arcade is an iconic retail shopping centre business in the heart of Adelaide with over seventy tenants. Andrew reports direct to the owners and delivers to them consistently high returns outperforming the retail property market. Andrew and his team are skilled lease negotiators and asset managers. In addition, Andrew provides property asset services to all three South Australian Universities with particular emphasis on food & beverage. Evans + Ayers currently manage the retail offer for Flinders University transitioning from a traditional institutional offer to a contemporary retail precinct.

Previous Evans + Ayers engagements included:

• Management and operation of the world renowned Lindsay Park Stud for the Hayes family as they transitioned their business from South Australia to Victoria.

• Management and operation of the Thebarton Campus for the University of Adelaide. • Management and operation of the University of Adelaide CBD portfolio.
